Delivery Information

Standard delivery

This costs £7 per pair, though at the moment postage is free. Please allow for up to 7 days delivery for boots from stock and clearance boots. If there is a delay of any sort we will e-mail you with a revised date.

Bespoke orders take a little longer. It usually takes us 28 days to manufacture and ship your boots, though during peak times this can take 56 days with some styles.  We will let you know if there is a delay. It takes us a week to ten days to manufacture your bespoke boots and then another week shipping. This means that we usually have your bespoke boots ready within three weeks. We will contact you with an expected delivery time for all bespoke orders. Delivery is made during working hours and may need a signature.

If you need bespoke boots delivered urgently , for a special occasion, please add a note to you order and we will try to fast track them. There is usually an extra postage charge of no more than £10, payable only when delivered.

International orders

We are happy to deliver almost anywhere in the world, however, delivery is restricted to credit card holders only.

We use Royal Mail, International ''Signed For''. Your goods are insured for delivery and will need your signature on delivery.

This costs £12 worldwide.
