- We will send you a returns form with your order. Please fill this in and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange

- We suggest that you send your return recorded delivery and keep proof of posting. Postage is at your own expense, unless the boots are faulty. If there is a problem or fault with your boots, please contact us within 7 days.
- When we receive your return we will let you know and you will receive your refunded credit, a cheque or exchange note within two weeks
