Returns Policy

If you want to exchange or refund a pair of boots, please send them back to us, unworn, within Fourteen days and we have a no-quibbles returns policy.

How to return or exchange

  1. Please don't telephone us when you send in a return
  2. We will send you a returns form with your order. Please fill this in and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange
  3. Please send to Fitted Boot Store, The Barn, Lower Twinhoe Farm, Bath, SOMERSET, BA2 8QY, United Kingdom
  4. We suggest that you send your return recorded delivery and keep proof of posting. Postage is at your own expense, unless the boots are faulty. If there is a problem or fault with your boots, please contact us within 7 days.
  5. When we receive your return we will let you know and you will receive your refunded credit, a cheque or exchange note within two weeks
