The Fitted Boot Store's liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by us to the customer. The company shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

 Stock and special offers on clearance boots are usually sent out within seven days.

Your bespoke boots are made in our factory especially for you and to the measurements that you give us. We usually make them within 21 to 28 days, however, with some special leathers, special sizes and during peak times some orders can take 56 days. If this is the case, we will let you know.

If you need your boots for a special occasion or if you need them in a particular hurry you can add a note to us on the order to make them a ''priority'' order and we can ''fast-track'' them though there is a small shipping charge, usually between £5-£10.
